We’ve introduced new Rehabilitation and Sport Performance equipment from VALD Technologies to our clinic here in Barrie. This welcome addition provides instant data to analyze on the spot for both rehabilitation and sport performance.

This equipment removes some of the “guess work” by allowing us to do more precise measurements using technology and intuitive data collection and tracking, giving us actionable insights for more accurate, data- informed assessment and treatment decisions during your care.

Dynamo Plus

Captures rep by rep results during the testing process and gives immediate summary data once the testing is complete.

Measures strength down to the pound or newton.

Measures accurate joint range of movement using an accelerometer.

Allows us to view results in real time and record them for monitoring and progression.

Find out if you have asymmetries from left to right or find out how you compare to others in your age or sport categories.

ForceDecks

Portable force platforms allow us to accurately measure and analyse neuromuscular strength,
asymmetry and balance which helps us to assess, train and monitor your rehabilitation or performance.

Collect baseline data, track trends in your results so we can optimize patient or athlete health and performance, improve outcomes and reduce injury risk.

Gives us the ability to test a variety of functional movements, including squats, jumps, isometric (static) strength, as well as functional tests such as sit-to-stand and balance assessments.

Able to tailor exercise programs according to your specific needs. For example, we can view asymmetry between left vs right sides to help guide decisions on unilateral (one sided) exercises vs bilateral (both sides) exercises.

Ability to test entire teams quickly and efficiently.
